Acceptance of Terms

By using orgigs.com or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Orgigs Does

Orgigs coordinates hourly and task-based hospitality & event professionals with business and individual client partners who need workforce support. Orgigs acts as a coordinator between both sides — it does not itself provide hospitality or event services.

No Employment Relationship

Signing up as a gig worker does not make you an employee of Orgigs. Gig workers are independent professionals coordinated by Orgigs for opportunities with client partners. Orgigs is not a staffing agency and does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments.

Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current information when signing up or enquiring
• Gig worker sign-ups require WhatsApp verification of your phone number
• Orgigs may decline or remove a sign-up that appears fraudulent or incomplete

Gig Worker Responsibilities

• Show up for confirmed assignments on time and appropriately presented
• Represent yourself and your experience honestly
• Follow the standards agreed for each assignment with the client partner

Client Partner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details about the support you need
• Treat coordinated professionals fairly and safely
• Settle agreed payments for coordinated support in a timely manner

Fees & Billing

Pricing and billing structure are shared directly with serious client partner leads after they get in touch, and are not published on this site. Detailed terms of engagement are confirmed separately before any assignment is coordinated.

Limitation of Liability

Orgigs coordinates connections in good faith but is not liable for the conduct of gig workers or client partners, or for losses arising from an assignment, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

Orgigs may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaches these terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent or unsafe conduct.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
