Founder & Director, Orgigs
I am Chirag Gulati, Founder & Director of Orgigs.
After gaining real-time experience in hospitality, events, workforce coordination, QSR operations & client servicing, I started building Orgigs in 2025 with a vision to organise the growing but unstructured hospitality & events gig workforce sector.
My journey started from working as a freelancer during my hospitality studies, followed by coordinating independent gig workers while being a individual proprietor, where I helped client partners fulfil their extra workforce requirements. This experience helped me build a strong understanding of client needs, gig worker challenges, service expectations & the demand for flexible workforce support.
I also founded a QSR Brand (DBW De Burger World), where I gained hands-on experience in business operations, team management, customer service, sales, franchising & expansion planning. These experiences helped me understand the importance of reliable, trained & professional support in hospitality & event operations.
My focus is on business growth, client partnerships, gig worker development, operational strategy, team building and training standards, while keeping an eye on market trends and generational gaps.
The goal of Orgigs is to take care of this unorganised sector — where young talent, students, freelancers & independent gig workers can earn, learn, explore & grow through real-time industry experience, while hotels, restaurants, caterers, event companies, brands & individual hosts can get flexible, reliable & structured workforce support.
Through Orgigs, I aim to create opportunities, build professionalism & contribute to the future of the hospitality & events gig economy, while making flexible work more professional, rewarding and respected.
