Orgigs ("we", "us", "our") coordinates hourly and task-based hospitality & event professionals with the client partners who need them. This policy explains what information we collect through orgigs.com, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected.

Information We Collect

When you sign up or get in touch, we may collect:

• Name, date of birth, gender, city, area and pincode (gig worker sign-up)
• Phone number, verified via a WhatsApp one-time code
• Business name, contact person, email and business type (client partner enquiries)
• Any details you share with us directly via the contact form or WhatsApp

How We Use Your Information

• To match gig workers with relevant opportunities and client partners with support
• To verify your phone number via WhatsApp before activating your submission
• To contact you about your sign-up, enquiry, or an active opportunity
• To improve the site using aggregated, anonymised analytics

WhatsApp Verification & Communication

We use a third-party WhatsApp Business API provider to send one-time verification codes and follow-up messages. Your phone number is shared with this provider solely to deliver these messages and is not used by them for any other purpose.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Gig worker details may be shared with a specific client partner only when coordinating a matching opportunity. Client partner details are never shared with gig workers directly — all coordination goes through our team.

Data Security

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Administrative access to lead data is restricted to authorised Orgigs team members.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@orgigs.com.

Cookies & Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics via Firebase) to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. This does not identify you personally.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
